Ackleys of Jefferson City

This was a very cold morning in January at the Marion, Mo Landing on the Missouri River just up-river from Jefferson City. We went there looking for eagles and didn't see any until the drive home. It was a very pastel color scheme with lots of light and dozens of gulls. I should've use a tripod, but . . .
